Betterfly buys Mexican benefits startup Minu in deal valued at about $100 million

Two Latin American startups combined: Betterfly, which focuses on health and insurance, picked up Minu's earned-wage-access and financial wellness business and its more than 2,000 corporate clients in Mexico as it gets ready to launch in the United States.
