Chord buys AI analytics startup Zenlytic in a $5 million all-stock deal, reports say

The deal doubles revenue at Chord, a New York commerce data company, and brings in Zenlytic customers such as Verizon, J.Crew and Domino's. Zenlytic's AI analyst, Zoë, largely replaces Chord's own.
