Cityhill agrees to buy 69% of Macau delivery app Aomi for up to HK$754 million

A Hong Kong-listed group best known for its graphite business is paying up to about $97 million, partly in gold bars, for control of the app that dominates restaurant ordering and delivery in Macau.
