CO3 buys Kinver to tie freight invoices to live truck data in its first deal since leaving sennder

Kinver checks what shippers are billed for freight against what they agreed to pay. CO3 adds live data from more than 350,000 connected trucks, trailers and devices, which the companies say can serve as proof when an invoice or service level is disputed.
