DDB AG acquires Singapore drone maker Infinium Robotics in share deal worth up to $22 million

The German-listed investment company paid entirely in new shares, issuing up to 20.5 million of them at EUR 1.00 each for a warehouse-drone business it first agreed to take in more than a year earlier.
