Dialpad and Ada agree to combine in all-share deal reported to value Ada at US$430 million

The Toronto AI customer service company, once valued at US$1.2 billion, will fold into the larger Dialpad under Dialpad's chief executive. Ada's Mike Murchison becomes chief AI officer.
