Dropbox agrees to buy AI storage startup Tigris Data for $350 million in its biggest deal yet

The cash deal gives Dropbox the base for DBX Agent Cloud, a new business that sells S3-compatible object storage to developers building AI apps and agents rather than to people sharing files.
