Gentrack buys Wellington energy pricing startup Factor for NZ$24 million

The NZX- and ASX-listed utilities software group paid an enterprise value of NZ$24 million (about $14.2 million) from its own cash, with up to NZ$10 million more due if Factor's recurring revenue reaches about NZ$17 million within three years.
