Kyivstar agrees to buy Ukrainian cloud provider GigaCloud in deal worth up to $50 million

Ukraine's biggest telecom operator is paying $41 million upfront for a founder-owned cloud company that earned about $4.7 million in EBITDA last year, a year after first asking the competition regulator for approval.
