Luno acquires Kenya's GTXN to own its cross-border payment rails

The crypto exchange bought GTXN, a Nairobi payments provider and licensed fund manager, so enterprise transfers between developed and emerging markets can settle on infrastructure Luno owns. It is founder Dan Kleinbaum's second exit in six years.
