Naboo acquires UK venue sourcing firm pro-ven to build its British base

The Paris-founded events spend platform, which raised $70 million from Lightspeed this year, is turning a 21-year-old Hertfordshire venue specialist into its UK headquarters. Combined, the two say they manage about $300 million of meetings and events spending.
