PayNearMe buys Marr Labs' AI agent technology and hires its team

PayNearMe took over the technology and key staff of Y Combinator-backed Marr Labs, whose founders previously built Vlingo, the speech company behind the first Siri app. The agents will be built into PayNearMe's PayXM payments platform.
