German insurer Provinzial buys Cologne fintech moneymeets to sell insurance through savings banks

moneymeets began in 2011 as a platform that gave private investors one view of their finances and paid back hidden commissions. It now builds digital insurance sales tools, some of them used by Sparkassen savings banks.
