Volatus Aerospace agrees to buy Lithuanian sensor maker AISPECO for $10.5 million

The Canadian drone and aerial intelligence group is paying mostly in shares for a Vilnius company whose sensor pods and flight software are used for LiDAR mapping and pipeline and power-line inspection.
