Mexican fintech Kapital agrees to buy AI coding startup Woz for $30 million

The cash-and-stock deal brings Woz's two co-founders in as Kapital's head of AI and chief technology officer. Forbes México first reported the purchase in early October, about two weeks before Kapital's formal announcement.
