Beam Global agrees to buy Norwegian inspection-drone maker ScoutDI for about $24 million

The Trondheim spin-off, whose tethered drones fly inside tanks and cargo holds for ExxonMobil, Chevron and Ørsted, will have its systems built in Beam's US factories to reach American defence and industrial buyers.
