Harness buys Augment Code's Cosmos coding agent and product team

Augment raised $252 million and was valued at $977 million in 2024. Harness bought its Cosmos agent platform, Auggie CLI and Code Context Engine, not the whole company, and co-founder Igor Ostrovsky is joining with the team.
