PartnerOne, an enterprise software group, has acquired 3CLogic, a Rockville, Maryland company that sells voice AI and cloud contact center software, PartnerOne said on November 3, 2026. Terms were not disclosed.
3CLogic becomes part of PartnerOne's portfolio of software businesses. PartnerOne said it would give the company more resources to expand its platform, deepen customer relationships and speed up work on voice AI. The announcement did not mention any change of management; Denis Seynhaeve, 3CLogic's chairman and chief executive, was quoted in the release.
PartnerOne, which describes itself as one of the fastest-growing enterprise software groups in the world, has also announced a purchase of ISI Analytics, according to its newsroom on PR Newswire.
What 3CLogic built
3CLogic sells a voice layer that sits on top of the systems a company already uses to manage customers or IT requests, such as customer relationship management and IT service management platforms. The company calls the approach headless: calls and the data they produce stay inside those existing systems instead of a separate contact center tool.
Its product combines AI voice agents, intelligent call routing and tools that assist human agents, running on 3CLogic's own communications platform as a service infrastructure. Companies can let AI handle routine requests and pass harder cases to human agents with the full context, according to the release. 3CLogic says its AI-powered cloud contact center products are patented and built for leading CRM and customer service management platforms, with features including self-service, generative and conversational AI, agent coaching and sentiment analytics.
PartnerOne said the platform has delivered consistently strong customer retention and return on investment, but gave no customer numbers or revenue.
“At PartnerOne, we acquire software companies with the intent of investing in their potential and helping them become better and stronger over the long term.”
Two decades and venture backing
3CLogic was about 15 years old when it closed a $9 million Series B round in March 2020, Technical.ly reported, putting its founding at around 2005. The round was led by Capitan Investment Partners and True Blue Partners, with Blu Ventures, Force 3 Partners and existing investors taking part. The company said then it would use the money to win business from Global 2000 companies and hire in customer success, sales and marketing.
The company has not disclosed its total funding in the sources reviewed, and its headcount was not reported.
Why PartnerOne is buying
PartnerOne, which lists its base as Riverside, California, says it follows an "Acquire. Invest. Grow." model and offers acquired companies a permanent home rather than selling them on after a few years. It says more than 2,000 enterprises and government organisations use its software, including 80% of the world's largest companies.
The group says its approach combines strategic investment, operational support and help with sales and marketing, and that it shares resources across the companies it owns. It said 3CLogic adds technology aimed at the changing needs of enterprise customers and at employee engagement; 3CLogic says its products serve IT, employee and customer service teams.
Suzanne Fortman, a vice president at PartnerOne, said 3CLogic combines enterprise software, voice AI and workflow automation in a market with significant room to grow, and that PartnerOne intends to invest in its potential over the long term.
Seynhaeve said PartnerOne's long-term ownership approach fits 3CLogic's goal of helping customers improve service and automate more of their work, and that the company is looking ahead to its next phase of growth.
Voice AI moves into the contact center
The acquisition comes as companies try to move AI in customer service past pilots and into everyday operations. PartnerOne said the ability to connect AI-driven conversations with company data and workflows is becoming more important as businesses look for automation that supports real processes.
3CLogic has positioned itself around this shift, building voice AI that works inside large enterprise platforms rather than competing with them. The release framed the deal as a chance for 3CLogic to grow that position as demand rises for practical AI tools aimed at business problems.
For 3CLogic's existing customers and partners, PartnerOne called the acquisition a positive step. Neither company said whether pricing, product names or support arrangements would change after the deal.
