PLACE agrees to acquire mortgage AI startup Ardley, two weeks after buying Maxwell

Ardley, founded by a former Fannie Mae architect, mines lenders' existing loan books for refinance and home-equity offers. It is the third deal PLACE has announced since mid-August.
